What’s important to know

  • You don’t need to wait for a charge or conviction to apply for financial benefits
  • You have 2 years after the date of the incident to apply. If you
were under 18 when the crime occurred, you have until you’re 28 to apply
  • If you’re eligible, all you have to do is complete the application
form. Our office will get all the information we need to make a decision
    on your application
